Its hard to believe that Appetite for Destruction wasnt an immediate worldwide smash especially considering how the Gunners have now sold more than 30 million copies of their 1987 debut album yet in truth it took more than a year for the bands rebellious night train to really pick up steam. Better late than never, though, as the album is a raw and reckless reflection of a band on the rise. Take this one to heart: between the impeccably mean-mugged hard rock (Welcome to the Jungle, Its So Easy) and arena-made anthems (Paradise City, Sweet Child O Mine), Appetite for Destruction is a must-have for any music fan.
